Uncle Joe looked at the house and he thought it was ok. Boy, am I sorry I did not get a home inspection? Now that we are moved in, we are finding a lot of expensive hidden repair.
This is a really expensive repair that our inspector discovered in a Nutley, New Jersey inspection.

History of Nutley NJ Nutley derived its name from the estate of the Satterthwaite family, established in 1844, which stretched along the Passaic River and from an artist's colony in the area.
What is now Nutley was originally incorporated as Franklin Township by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on February 18, 1874, from portions of Belleville Township. Nutley was incorporated as a Town on March 5, 1902, replacing Franklin Township. In 1981, the town was one of seven Essex County municipalities to pass a referendum to become a township, joining four municipalities that had already made the change, of what would ultimately be more than a dozen Essex County municipalities to reclassify themselves as townships in order take advantage of federal revenue sharing policies that allocated townships a greater share of government aid to municipalities on a per capita basis (Wikipedia.)

The Nutley Fire Department is a combination department comprised of both full-time and volunteer firefighters. The fire department has members stationed at headquarters 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days of the year. Every emergency response the on-duty firefighters respond to, the volunteer component of the department is notified to respond to their firehouses to assist the on-duty staff. The department currently has 2 Engine companies and 1 Ladder company at Fire Headquarters as well as 1 Engine company located on each side of the Township. The Department has a reserve engine that is kept at the Township DPW garages.

Transportation for Nutley NJ Transit provides bus service between the township and the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Midtown Manhattan on the 192 routes, to Newark on the 13, 27, 72 and 74 routes, with local service on the 709 routes. Comment by Noah A., I liked it. The only unfortunate thing is that, as a photographer who likes taking photos of flowers and wildlife, I could not get a lot out of it as there aren't many flowers. That being said, it's nice for a calming walk or just sitting down and relaxing. It's probably also a good picnic spot if they allow it.

Comment by Nora, they were courteous and friendly. The doctor I saw was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. The medical assistant/nurse calmed me down and helped me to relax. I was the last patient they saw yet nothing was rushed, I was even told that I could wait until I felt strong enough. Comment by student Amal A. I attended the medical assistant program at the healthcare training Institute in Union NJ, my overall experience with the staff and students was great. My plan was to eventually progress with my career and eventually pursue my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. Healthcare Training Institute was a great steppingstone in fulfilling this goal.
