inspections will be conducted to the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).

(2) The home inspections will be conducted by a well-trained
professional home inspector completely familiar with the different style homes in Bergen
county. The following is an example of some of the different style homes in Bergen county:
Multi- family, Colonial, Ranch, Cape Cod, Townhouse, Condo, Bi-level. Split Level, Half
Duplex, Victorian, Tudor and Contemporary.
(3) Our home inspections include the
inspection of the garage whether it is attached or detached.
(4) Our home
inspections includes a courtesy inspection of any trees suspected of damaging the house.
Particularly the roof and/or foundation.
(5) With all Bergen county home
inspections, the buyer will receive the Free carbon
monoxide test on the furnace and hot water heater.
(6) All Bergen county home
inspections that are booked by the office are considered in our travel area so no travel
fee will be charged.
(7) All termite inspections are conducted by an outside New
Jersey licensed professional WDI inspection company. If no termites are found, a one year
guarantee is given to the buyer that the dwelling will have no termite infestation for a
period of one year from the date of inspection
(8) No travel fee is ever charged
for a G. Warren Inc. for a termite inspection conducted by our affiliate termite
inspection company.
(9) With all G. Warren Inc home inspections, no travel fee is
ever charged for a Radon Test if the test is conducted at the time of inspection
(10) With a G. Warren home inspection, no extra home inspection time will ever be charged
if the inspection is difficult and takes extra time.
(11) All Bergen county home
inspections conducted by G. Warren Inc. qualify for the free alarm system and the four
free months monitoring cost.
(12) All Bergen county home inspections conducted
by G Warren Inc qualify for the testing of all appliances being purchased by the buyer, at
no extra cost.
(13) All Bergen county single family home inspections conducted by
G Warren Inc will receive the "on the spot report". A multi-family home
inspection may take two days for the buyer to receive the report but it does depend on the
complexity of the home inspection.
(14) All Bergen county home inspections
conducted by G. Warren Inc. qualify for the "Money back Guarantee". A written
guarantee certificate will be given to the client at the end of every inspection.
(15) All Bergen county home inspections conducted by G. Warren Inc will receive the A to Z
home inspection which means that over 300 hundred items will be inspected.

All Bergen county home inspections will be conducted with the clients best interest and
confidentiality in mind. Our loyalty and service is to the client and no other party.
(17) All Bergen county home inspections include the evaluation of exterior water
control . The thousands of gallons of rain water coming off the roof must be controlled
and directed away from the dwelling. If not, the water will penetrate the foundation and
find its way into the basement.
